The Signature Restaurant
Flavours Worth the Journey
From the cold, clear waters to the rugged farmland, Islay provides a larder like no other. Our chefs transform local produce into world-class Scottish cuisine - playful, inventive, and proudly Islay.

Plates Worth the Pilgrimage
Each dish at Ardbeg House tells a story of this island: of farmers, fishermen and the folk who make magic from the raw and the real.
Our bread rises from grist born of the distillery itself - the same grain that fuels our whisky, now baked into loaves to cradle our soups and chowders.
Crab and prawns arrive fresh from the sea, caught by “Boo” from The Seafood Shack just along the coast.
Beef from Cornabus Farm is smoked low and slow, twelve hours over whisky staves from Ardbeg’s own barrels until it sings with peat and oak.
